Tutoring Services. Additive Alternate No. 1 (see § 1.5.3) CONTRACT AMOUNT AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE See Article 2 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (see § 1.5.1). Contractor shall provide to FCSS each document marked below: Written proof of insurance and additional insured coverage as required in Section 4.1 for: (A) commercial general liability; (B) workers compensation and employer’s liability; and (C) commercial automobile liability. Fingerprinting and Criminal Background Check Certification (“Fingerprinting Certification”), which Contractor must obtain from and submit to FCSS before Contractor commences any Services. Tuberculosis Certification (“TB Certification”), which Contractor must obtain from and submit to FCSS before Contractor commences any Services. At FCSS’ request and as applicable, Taxpayer Identification Number Request, W-9 (the form of which Contractor shall obtain from FCSS) or Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding (W-8); and Nonresident Withholding Allocation Worksheet (Form 587), Withholding Exemption Certificate (Form 590), or other Franchise Tax Board forms; and documents that FCSS requires to process payment to Contractor. In consideration of the covenants, conditions, and promises in and for good and valuable consideration and the mutual benefits to be derived from this Master Contract, Contractor and FCSS, separately referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties,” have reviewed and understand and hereby enter into this Master Contract. Unless the context requires otherwise, any reference to a Party in this Master Contract includes its governing body and members thereof, officers, employees, and agents. Tutoring Services. 1. The South Xxxxxx Public Schools periodically has the need to provide tutoring services to students of all ages for a variety of medical and educational reasons.
2. When the tutoring services are required, the district wishes to maintain the flexibility of assigning paraprofessionals or ETAs to perform these duties.
3. When a paraprofessional or ETA is assigned a tutor a student or students outside of the borders of South Xxxxxx, he or she will be paid mileage at the School Department rate.
4. Paraprofessionals and ETAs who are assigned tutoring responsibilities will be compensated an additional two dollars per hour added to their base hourly rate for the time tutoring.
5. The decision on placement will be made by the administration and may be reviewed as needed.
Tutoring Services. 13 CONTRACTOR shall provide Tutoring services, which shall include, but are 14 not limited to, assisting with assigned homework, explaining/demonstrating 15 general principles applicable to subjects currently being covered in 16 Participant’s classroom, and academic coaching in remedial work as agreed upon 17 by Wraparound Orange County (Wrap OC) Direct Service Provider. Tutoring 18 services shall meet the following expectations:
Tutoring Services. Argosy University is committed to supporting students’ academic needs. To this end, tutoring services are available for many courses at many campuses. Interested students should contact their Student Services Department for assistance in obtaining tutoring services. STUDENT GOVERNMENT The primary purpose of the campus student government associations or student senates is to represent student concerns, facilitate communication, and assist the faculty and administration in promoting the welfare of the campus. Through participation on various campus committees, student government often influences policy making on the campuses. The student government is also responsible for organizing social gatherings and events promoting honor societies, providing confidential advice relating to Argosy University matters to students requesting such assistance, assisting with orientation, and selecting student representation for committees. Periodically campuses invite distinguished professionals from a variety of academic fields to present lectures and conduct workshops or symposia. Open to the community, these presentations provide an opportunity for students, alumni, and faculty to discuss issues of interest. Campuses coordinate special interest groups that discuss ideas related to a specific topic. Composed of faculty and students, these groups cover a variety of issues. Participation in these groups is available without charge to any interested student. At some Argosy University campuses, Offices of Career Services are available to assist currently enrolled students in developing their career plans and reaching their employment or graduate school goals. Career services provided include, but are not limited to, one-on-one career counseling, special career related workshops and programs, coaching for résumé, Curriculum Vitae, and cover letter development, résumé referral to employers, mock interviews, local industry information and research, on-site employer recruiting events and career/job fairs. Students should contact their campus directly to determine the services available at their location. At some Argosy University campuses, alumni associations have been formed. Alumni are encouraged to become members and to get involved in all aspects of the organization.
Tutoring Services. I. PROVIDER APPLICATION
Tutoring Services. The Contractor shall provide high dosage virtual tutoring services to CCPS district students or sites. All services will be performed 100% virtually. Tutors are expected to assist students in reaching their educational goal(s), provide academic assistance as determined by CCPS. Examples may include daily homework, regular class assignments and projects, assistance with writing assignments, subject level test preparation, and college entrance subject level test preparation (i.e., SAT, and ACT), and/or work with students on additional content as determined by the Teaching & Learning department. Tutors will also collaborate with the classroom teacher, as appropriate, for progress monitoring, instructional planning and decision making. CCPS will utilize one on one and small group sessions throughout the contract as determined by the T&L Department. The Contractor’s platform will accommodate individual students and small group learning sessions, including the scheduling of regular tutoring sessions during the school day with a consistent group of students. Additionally, the Contractor shall be able to work with a variety of student populations, including both struggling and high achieving students, English Language Learners, and students with disabilities.
Tutoring Services. Tutor shall provide one-on-one tutoring services (the “Services”) to Student in the subject area(s) described below:

Tutoring Services. AA Tutors offers personalised tutoring services in various subjects for students of different ages and academic levels. • Tutoring sessions may be conducted online or in-person, depending on the preference of the student and availability of the tutor.
Tutoring Services. BRWI shall perform certain tutoring services involving various subject matters, including, but not limited to, reading and writing.
