TV Licence. 28.1. All students are responsible for determining whether they need a TV licence and must take responsibility. 28.2. There are no TV aerial sockets in bedrooms, only in kitchens. In addition, reception to portable aerials can be inconsistent; We therefore suggest that You check the signal before purchasing a TV licence for the Room. You are required to have a licence if you have a TV, even in the kitchen, but You can discuss this with Your flatmates when You arrive.
