TWENTY ONE:   APPLICABLE LEGISLATION. In all the cases not foreseen under this document, the present AGREEMENT shall be governed by the legislation in force and, in accordance to the provisions set forth in this LAW, in the BYLAWS or in the REGULATIONS which may replace them in the future.
