TWO OFFICER PATROLS. (a) There will be a minimum of six (6) patrol vehicles staffed by two (2) fully trained police officers working complete shifts. These patrols will be assigned on each day of the week and they will commence no earlier than 1300 hours each day. These patrols are intended for routine patrol duties.
