Two stages for Dispute Resolution. Dispute shall be settled through two stages: a. Conciliation procedures as established by “The Arbitration and Conciliation Act – 1996” & amended by the Arbitration& Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015 and any statutory modification or re- enactment thereof and in accordance with the Clause. In the event this procedure fails to resolve the Dispute then; b. Arbitration procedures undertaken as provided by “The Arbitration and Conciliation Act – 1996” & amended by the Arbitration & Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015 and any statutory modification or re- enactment thereof and in accordance with the Clause.
