Tyco Retained Pension Plans. Following the ADT NA Distribution Date, Tyco shall retain sponsorship of, and sole responsibility for all Assets and Liabilities under the pension plans listed in Schedule 6.4(b) (the “Tyco Retained Pension Plans”), and ADT NA shall have no obligation with respect thereto.
