Common use of Types of Credit Availments Clause in Contracts

Types of Credit Availments. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof the Borrower may obtain credit from the Lenders through the Branch of Account by way of one or more Base Rate Loans, LIBOR Loans and Letters. Any extension of credit hereunder by way of drawdowns of Base Rate Loans or LIBOR Loans shall be in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 and in multiples thereof.
