Common use of Types of Notes Clause in Contracts

Types of Notes. All Notes are Regular Floating Rate Notes unless they are designated as Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Notes, Floating Rate/Fixed Rate Notes or as Inverse Floating Rate Notes in the Specific Terms or as otherwise determined in the Specific Terms. The interest on the Notes shall never be less than zero. The Initial Interest Rate will be the interest rate for the period from the Interest Commencement Date to the first Interest Reset Date; commencing on the first Interest Reset Date, the interest rate will be reset as of each Interest Reset Date.
