Types of Permitted Payments. Subject to the limitations set forth in clause (iii) below, the Seller may make Restricted Payments so long as such Restricted Payments are made only to the Originator and only in one or more of the following ways: (A) Seller may make cash payments (including prepayments) on the Company Note in accordance with its terms; and (B) if no amounts are then outstanding under the Company Note, the Seller may declare and pay Dividends.
