Types of Properties Covered. This Agreement covers single family residences including: an apartment, condominium, townhouse, villa or manufactured home, and duplex multifamily residence used solely for residential purposes. To be eligible, a manufactured home must be permanently secured to the ground on land you own or located in a division operated similar to a condominium, where maintenance is provided. This Agreement provides coverage under a special exception for special purpose group homes devoted to housing persons with mental and physical disabilities, as those terms are defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act at Title 42 of the United States Code Section 12102(2)(A). • Mobile homes • Multifamily residential property of more than two-units • Tenant occupied units are not eligible for coverage under Seller Coverage • Any dwelling used in whole or in part for commercial purposes, residences used as business that causes additional wear and tear on covered Items, or an address zoned as business, commercial or industrial including non-profit organizations • Homes listed or registered in any historical register, including without limitation the National Register of Historic Places Whether or not this Agreement covers an apartment condominium unit, manufactured home, or multifamily property (duplex), any repairs and/or replacements are limited to the Items solely used by and located and serviceable within such single unit (unless specified otherwise). No common area Items shared by non-warranted residences or units will be covered by this Agreement.
