Common use of této Smlouvy Clause in Contracts

této Smlouvy. Either Party may withdraw from this Agreement in the case of repeated breach or gross breach of this Agreement by the other Party. The withdrawal is effective upon delivery through a written notice with reasons to the registered office of the other Party. The Consignee is further entitled to withdraw from this Agreement also if the Consignor fails its obligations stipulated in Clause 7.1 and 7.2 hereof and also for reasons of state or ceremonial interest of the Prague Castle Administration or the President Office; in this case, the Consignee may withdraw from this Agreement even one day before the Event takes place and the withdrawal will be notified to the Consignor by email sent to the point of contact Pursuant to Clause 3.3 hereof.
