Common use of U tilities Clause in Contracts

U tilities. The Lessee shall during the term of this Lease be solely responsible for and promptly pay all charges for telephone, electricity, water, and all other utilities used or consumed on the Leased Premises, and for the removal of rubbish therefrom, and shall hold the Lessor harmless from any liability for such charges. In no event shall the Lessor be liable for any interruption or failure in the supply of any such utility to the Leased Premises.
