Common use of UCC and Other Defined Terms Clause in Contracts

UCC and Other Defined Terms. Unless otherwise defined in the Applicable UCC, each capitalized term used in this Mortgage and not defined in this Mortgage shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Credit Agreement. Any capitalized term not defined in either this Mortgage or the Credit Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Applicable UCC.
