Common use of UCC Applicability Clause in Contracts

UCC Applicability. Except to the extent the Sections of this Contract are clearly inconsistent, this Contract shall be governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as set forth in Title 62A RCW. To the extent this Contract entails delivery or performance of services, such services shall be deemed “goods” within the meaning of the Uniform Commercial Code, except when to do so would result in an absurdity.
