Common use of UCC Filing and Other Searches Clause in Contracts

UCC Filing and Other Searches. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of (i) Uniform Commercial Code searches made with respect to each of the Parent, the Borrower, the other Loan Parties, together with copies of financing statements disclosed by such searches and (ii) such tax and judgment lien searches as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request, and each of the foregoing searches shall disclose no Liens, except for Permitted Liens or, if unpermitted Liens are disclosed, the Administrative Agent shall have received satisfactory evidence of the release of such Liens.
