Common use of UCC Rights Clause in Contracts

UCC Rights. In the event that any portion of the Obligations has been declared or becomes due and payable in accordance with the Revolving Credit Agreement or other Credit Documents and such Obligations have not been paid in full, the Agent may in addition to all other rights and remedies granted to it in this Security Agreement and in any other instrument or agreement securing, guarantying, evidencing or relating to the Obligations, exercise (i) all rights and remedies of a secured party under the UCC (whether or not in effect in the jurisdiction where such rights are exercised) and (ii) all other rights available to the Agent at law or in equity.
