UCC Rights. If any Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, the Administrative Agent may, in addition to all other rights and remedies granted to it in this Agreement and in any other instrument or agreement securing, evidencing or relating to the Secured Obligations, exercise all rights and remedies of a secured party under the UCC and all other rights available to the Administrative Agent at law or in equity.
