UDEFINITIONSU. 1. UGrievanceU - A grievance is a complaint by an employee that there has been an alleged violation, misapplication, or a misinterpretation of the specific provisions of this contract covering the employees in the unit. The first grievance filed on an alleged violation of the contract shall take precedence over other grievances filed on the same alleged violation of the contract. All other grievances on the same alleged violation of the contract shall become without effect once the original grievance is filed.
