UDuties and Liabilities of the Securities Intermediary GenerallyU. (a) The Securities Intermediary shall be entitled to the same rights set forth with respect to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to Section 6.02 of the Indenture, except that Section 6.02(c) thereunder shall not apply to the Securities Intermediary, and such provisions are incorporated by reference herein.
