UHHS Agreement Sample Clauses

UHHS Agreement. The Company has not, pursuant to the Master Services Agreement between Company and University Hospitals Health System, Inc. dated March 13, 2020, as amended and modified from time to time (the “UHHS Agreement”), or otherwise produced any Collaboration Programs (as defined in the UHHS Agreement), nor do any other Company Products contain any Company Group Intellectual Property Rights that would be subject to any royalty payments set forth in the UHHS Agreement.
