Common use of UK Withholding Taxes Clause in Contracts

UK Withholding Taxes. No income, capital gains, transfer or other taxes are imposed, by withholding, by the United Kingdom or any political subdivision or taxing authority thereof or therein on (i) any dividends and other distributions paid on the Securities to the holders or beneficial owners of the Securities, or (ii) the disposition of the Securities by the holders or beneficial owners of the Securities.
