Common use of Ultimate balance and suspense account Clause in Contracts

Ultimate balance and suspense account. All dividends and money received by the Landlord from the Tenant or any other person and which are capable of being applied by the Landlord in satisfaction of the liabilities guaranteed under this clause 20 will not prejudice the right of the Landlord to recover from the Guarantor any remaining balance which, after receipt of such dividends and money, may remain owing to the Landlord.
