Ultimate Balance. The Pledgee’s security interest constituted by or pursuant to this Deed shall be continuing and shall remain in full force and effect, notwithstanding any intermediate payment of the Obligations or the Parallel Obligations, and shall apply to the ultimate balance of the Secured Obligations.
