Commercial General Liability, Commercial Automobile Liability, Umbrella Liability insurance as required above shall name Licensor, Sublandlord, Master Landlord, and BioMed Realty Trust, Inc., and their respective officers, employees, agents, general partners, members, subsidiaries, affiliates and Lenders (“Licensor Parties”) as additional insureds as respects liability arising from work or operations performed by or on behalf of Licensee, Licensee’s use or occupancy of the Licensed Premises, and ownership, maintenance or use of vehicles by or on behalf of Licensee.
