Common use of UNABLE TO DELIVER Clause in Contracts

UNABLE TO DELIVER. If we are unable to deliver the goods after two attempts, we will try to find a safe secure place to leave your parcel. We will leave a note explaining where your parcel is and how You can rearrange delivery. If You are not going to be at the delivery location at the time agreed, please contact us to rearrange delivery for another mutually convenient day. This clause shall not apply to the virtual gift card for which the delivery shall be governed by the Gift Card Conditions and the above clause 8.
