Unacceptable Investment. The Seller has no actual knowledge of any specific circumstances or condition with respect to the Mortgage, the Mortgaged Premises, the Customer or the Customer’s credit standing that cause, or would reasonably be expected to cause, private institutional investors that invest in loans similar to the Mortgage Loan to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment or materially adversely affect the value or the marketability of the Mortgage Loan in comparison to similar loans.
