Common use of Unacceptable Rating Clause in Contracts

Unacceptable Rating. Level means the employee's performance of his assigned duties and responsibilities is unacceptable. An unacceptable rating may not be issued to an employee until and unless the conditions of Section 9 (Improving Performance) have been satisfied.
