Common use of Unannounced Inspection Rights Clause in Contracts

Unannounced Inspection Rights. The government reserves the right to conduct unannounced inspections at any time during the PCB removal and the Obsolete Vessel’s dismantling activity pursuant to this Contract and Xxxxxxx 00 xx XXXX 00 X.X.X. §0000, respectively. The EPA, MARAD or its designee may inspect all operations in connection with the dismantling of the Obsolete Vessel.
