Common use of Unapproved Transfers Clause in Contracts

Unapproved Transfers. Any transfer (as defined in SECTION 1.10 of the Deed of Trust) of the Project or any interest in Borrower occurs without Lender's prior written consent in accordance with SECTION 1.10 of the Deed of Trust, except as otherwise permitted in SECTION 1.10
