Unassigned Inventions. Executive recognizes that the terms of this Agreement do not require him to assign to the Company any invention that was developed entirely on his own time without using equipment, supplies, facilities, or trade secrets belonging to the Company and neither related to the actual or anticipated business, research or development of the Company, nor resulting from work performed by Executive for the Company.
