Common use of Unassigned Inventions Clause in Contracts

Unassigned Inventions. Executive recognizes that the terms of this Agreement do not require him to assign to the Company any invention that was developed entirely on his own time without using equipment, supplies, facilities, or trade secrets belonging to the Company and neither related to the actual or anticipated business, research or development of the Company, nor resulting from work performed by Executive for the Company.

Unassigned Inventions. Executive recognizes that the terms of this Agreement do will not be deemed to require him to assign to the Company assignment of any invention that was is developed entirely on his Executive’s own time without using the Company’s equipment, supplies, facilities, Proprietary Information, or trade secrets belonging to the Company and neither Third Party Information, which is not related to the Company’s actual or anticipated business, research or development of the Companyand development, nor resulting and which does not result from work performed by Executive for the Company.
