Common use of Unassisted Settlement Clause in Contracts

Unassisted Settlement. The authorized individuals shall make such investigation as they deem appropriate and thereafter promptly (but in no event later than thirty (30) days from the date of the initiating party's notice) shall commence discussions concerning resolution of the Dispute. If the Dispute has not been resolved within thirty (30) days from the commencement of discussions, it shall be submitted to alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") in accordance with the provisions of Sections 11.3 through 11.10 hereof.

Unassisted Settlement.
