Unauthorized Activities. Without limiting the obligations of the Trust set forth under this Agreement, nothing herein contained shall be deemed to require the Trust to take any action contrary to its Trust Agreement or Certificate of Trust or any applicable statute, regulation or rule of any exchange or self-regulatory organization.

Unauthorized Activities. Without limiting the obligations of the Company or the Administrator set forth under this Agreement, nothing herein contained shall be deemed to require the Company or the Administrator to take any action contrary to its organizational documents or any applicable statute, regulation or rule of any exchange or self-regulatory organization.
Unauthorized Activities. Vendor may not promote, host or participate in any event, conference, meeting, party, reception, hospitality suite, social activity or outdoor/mobile exhibit for and/or with event attendees, whether on-property or off-property, without a properly executed NCSI contract and the express written permission of NCSI and the hosting government organization. Vendor must provide NCSI, along with this contract, a detailed written description of the proposed activity. Activities must comply with all applicable laws, government regulations, venue rules and NCSI policies. The Vendor agrees to pay NCSI the fee stated in the published rate schedule (or the equivalent thereof) for any unauthorized activities at this event.
Unauthorized Activities. Purchaser agrees not to, nor authorize any third party to, engage in any of the following activities: (i) disassemble, reverse-engineer, reverse-compile, or reverse-assemble the Covered Hardware or an items provided hereunder (collectively “Materials”), (ii) separate, extract, or isolate components of the Materials or subject the Materials or components thereof to any analysis not expressly authorized in the Documentation, (iii) gain access to or attempt to determine the methods of operation of the Materials, or (iv) transfer to a third-party, or grant a sublicense to, any Software or any third-party software provided hereunder. Purchaser further agrees that the contents of and methods of operation of the Materials are proprietary to Seller and the Materials contains or embodies trade secrets of Seller.

Unauthorized Activities. When using this System you agree not to: • Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others. • Use racially, ethnically, or otherwise offensive language. • Discuss or incite illegal activity. • Use explicit/obscene language or solicit/post sexually explicit images (actual or simulated). • Post anything that exploits children or minors or that depicts cruelty to animals. • Post any copyrighted or trademarked materials without the express permission from the owner. • Disseminate any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, ‘junk mail’, ‘spam’, ‘chain letters’, ‘pyramid schemes’, or any other form of such solicitation. • Use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the System. • Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. • Alter the opinions or comments posted by others on this System. • Post anything contrary to our public image, goodwill or reputation. This list of prohibitions provides examples and is not complete or exclusive. Blue Zinc IT Ltd reserves the right to (a) terminate access to your account, your ability to post to this System and (b) refuse, delete or remove any Submissions; with or without cause and with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, or for any action that Blue Zinc IT Ltd determines is inappropriate or disruptive to this System or to any other user of this System. Unauthorized use of any Materials or Third-Party Content contained on this System may violate certain laws and regulations. You agree to indemnify and hold Blue Zinc IT Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and agents, harmless from and against any and all costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees Blue Zinc IT Ltd or any other indemnified party suffers in relation to, arising from, or for the purpose of avoiding, any professional negligence or malpractice claim or any claim or demand from a third-party that your use of this System or the use of this System by any person using your user name and/or password (including without limitation, your Submissions) violates any applicable law or regulation, or infringe or misappropriate the copyrights, trademark rights or other rights of any third-party.

Unauthorized Activities. 11.1. It is not permitted to use the services of the Company for an activity that is not authorized. In using the services of the Company, you agree and acknowledge that you will not use our products and services for any Unauthorized Activity. Unauthorized Activities. Section 7.1 During the term hereof, the Union agrees that there shall be no strike or any interference with or interruption of the normal conditions of the Company's business. The Company agrees there shall be no lockout. Section 7.2 The failure of any employee to cross or work behind a lawful primary labor picket line which has been officially recognized by the St. Louis Labor Council and/or the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union, shall not constitute a violation of this Agreement. Section 7.3 The Company and the Union mutually agree that in the event of an unauthorized strike or slowdown by an employee or employees that the Company will not file or press suits for monetary damages against the Union. The Union agrees that it will immediately take every reasonable means to induce the employee or employees to return to their jobs or resume standard production. Should such employee or employees refuse to return to work or to resume normal production, the Company may exercise whatever disciplinary action it deems proper against such employee or employees, including discharge, layoff, loss of seniority rights or other privileges granted employees under this Agreement or the Company policy.
Unauthorized Activities. 7.1 Introduction It is not permitted to use the services of the Company for an activity that is not authorized. In using the services of the Company, you agree and acknowledge that you will not use our products and services for any Unauthorized Activity. Descriptions of unauthorized- activities are listed below. 'Unauthorized Activity' means any act, including but not limited to: 7.2 Money Laundering The concealment of the origins of illegally obtained money, typically by means of money transfers involving foreign banks or legitimate businesses. Evidence that would tend to show the potential of this would include depositing and withdrawing funds without trading, providing false contact information and providing false documentation. 7.3 Arbitrage Arbitrage describes any trading result that is the outcome of actions that either eliminate the risk totally or significantly, usually abusing features provided by the Company.
