Unauthorized Broadcast Clause Samples

The Unauthorized Broadcast clause prohibits the transmission or distribution of content without proper authorization from the rights holder. In practice, this means that parties are not allowed to air, stream, or otherwise make available the protected material through television, radio, online platforms, or other media unless they have received explicit permission. This clause serves to protect intellectual property rights and prevent unauthorized use or exploitation of content, ensuring that only approved parties can broadcast the material and that the rights holder maintains control over its distribution.
