Unauthorized Data Access. LICENSOR shall, within two (2) business days of discovery, report to LICENSEE any use or disclosure of Licensee’s Confidential Information (including Licensee Data) not authorized by this Agreement or in writing by LICENSEE. LICENSOR’s report must identify, to the extent known: (a) the nature of the unauthorized use or disclosure, (b) the Confidential Information used or disclosed, (c) who made the unauthorized use or received the unauthorized disclosure, (d) what LICENSOR has done or will do to mitigate any deleterious effect of the unauthorized use or disclosure, and (e) what corrective action LICENSOR has taken or will take to prevent future similar unauthorized use or disclosure. LICENSOR shall provide such other information, including a written report, as reasonably requested by LICENSEE.

  • Unauthorized Access Using service to access, or to attempt to access without authority, the accounts of others, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of Company’s or a third party’s computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not the intrusion results in disruption of service or the corruption or loss of data.

  • Unauthorized Work The contractor is not authorized at any time to commence task order performance prior to issuance of a signed TO or other written approval provided by the CO to begin work.
