Unauthorized Disclosure; Non-Competition; Non-Solicitation. INTERFERENCE WITH BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS; PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. ------------------------------------------------------------------ The Employer and the Employee shall, concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, enter into a Non-Competition and Confidentiality Agreement wherein the Employee shall be bound by the terms of such instrument for which separate consideration has been paid. Said Non-Competition and Confidentiality Agreement is attached hereto and marked as SCHEDULE 3. The Employee shall be bound by the terms of such Non-Competition and Confidentiality Agreement during the Term of this Agreement, during his employment, and thereafter. The Employee agrees his employment and during the Restricted Period (as defined herein) be restricted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Non-Competition and Confidentiality Agreement. For purposes of this Section 4, the obligations regarding unauthorized disclosure, non-competition, non-solicitation, interference with business relationships, and proprietary rights shall be applicable to the Employer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, including but not limited to High Plains Gas, LLC, and its successors-in-interest.
