Unauthorized Expenditure of Funds. If, at any time during the term of this Agreement, the Agency expends any portion of the Funds for a purpose that is inconsistent with these Funding Standards (hereinafter referred to as an “Unauthorized Expenditure”), the Agency shall immediately reimburse the County for the entire amount of the Unauthorized Expenditure.
