Unauthorized Modifications. In the event Licensor determines that the problem reported by Lilly is directly related to unauthorized alterations of the Product by Lilly or the performance of a third party, then Licensor may charge for employee time expended at the current time and material rates agreed upon less discount in addition to reasonable out-of-pocket expenses; or at Lilly's option; Licensor shall be released from maintenance obligations for the modified portion of the Product.
Unauthorized Modifications. Any problem caused by modifications, alteration or addition or attempted modification, alteration or addition in any release of the XHQ Software not made or authorized in writing by SISW; or

Amino shall have no responsibility for the correctness, performance, or any resulting incompatibilities of current or future releases of the Covered Systems if the Company has made changes to the Covered System or operating environment without prior written approval by Xxxxx. Xxxxx assumes no responsibility for the operation or performance of any Company-written or third party application.
Unauthorized Modifications. 9T Labs does not provide any Services for Software, its surrounding systems and third party software and/or for 9T Labs performed Services which have been installed, adapted, updated, implemented, manipulated with or which have been modified in any other way by the Customer, its employees or any therewith by the Customer assigned third party without 9T Labs’s prior written consent. This also applies to Software which has been used in breach of its Documentation or errors in application. Together hereinafter referred to as ‘Unauthorized Modifications’.

Other than STS approved work-arounds or modifications implemented as of the execution of this Agreement that were made to more fully utilize the system, Customer shall not modify, enhance, create adaptations, derivative works or other works utilizing any part of the Software or Documentation, or cause same to be done on its behalf, without prior written approval by STS.
