Wireless Devices. If End User is transmitting Confidential Data via wireless devices, all data must be encrypted to prevent inappropriate disclosure of information.
Wireless Devices. Lessee shall not install any wireless devices and/or transmitters on or about the Premises without the prior written consent of the Port and subject to any and all conditions in such consent. Lessee specifically grants to the Port the power to regulate and control the use of unlicensed frequency bands (including, but not limited to, FCC Part 15 Subpart C, FCC Part 15 Subpart D (both asynchronous and Isochronous), IEEE 802.11 and BlueTooth (ISM), and FCC UNII 1 and UNII 2 (IEEE 802.11a)) on or about the Premises.
Wireless Devices. Wireless Devices. To access Sprint wireless Services, Customer may utilize wireless devices purchased from Sprint, wireless devices leased from Sprint, wireless devices obtained from Sprint as part of a Mobility as a Service (“XxxX”) bundle (“XxxX Bundle”), or wireless devices provided by Customer.
Wireless Devices. (a) Wireless Device Discount and Upgrade Terms. New Corporate-Liable Active Unit activations are eligible for national rebate and upgrade policies. Certain wireless devices may qualify for additional discounts at Sprint’s sole discretion.
Wireless Devices. Company will optimize the Company Applications for the all of the following Wireless Devices:
(a) Windows Mobile 3G Wireless Device (currently named “Blackbird”).”
(b) All 3G enabled Wireless Devices; as mutually agreed in writing by both parties.
Wireless Devices. The Wireless Device listed as “Blackbird” in Schedule #1 to the Agreement is now referred to as “HTC HD2”. Accordingly, all references in Schedule #1 to “Blackbird” are hereby deleted and replaced with “HTC HD2”. In addition, Section 2 of Schedule #1 of Exhibit A to the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety with the following: “Wireless Devices. Company will optimize the Company Applications for all of the following Wireless Devices: All 30 enabled Wireless Devices, as mutually agreed in writing by both parties, including but not limited to the Android device currently named “Supersonic.” and the Windows Mobile 3G Wireless Device currently named “HTC HD2”“
Wireless Devices. Section 2 of Schedule #1 (as amended in the First Amendment) is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

The following devices are prohibited without prior written approval obtained through the STR: • Cordless telephones • Devices with infrared, Bluetooth, or radio frequency (RF) capability; Bluetooth may, however, be used outside in facility parking lots designated as PPAs and while driving on Bear Creek Road and access road leading to or from PPA parking areas • Global Positioning System (GPS) units • Wireless local area networks (WLAN) and wide area networks (WANs) • Wireless mice and keyboards • Wireless-enabled computers, including laptop and netbook computers, in Limited Areas, Exclusion Areas, Material Access Areas, and Protected Areas • Wireless radios (such as Nextel) • Wireless wide area networks • Wireless audio-visual support equipment (such as wireless microphones, remote controls, headsets, and electronic white boards) • Wireless scanners and bar code readers • Wireless survey or testing equipment • Wireless tags • Wireless special purpose sensors and other wireless instruments • Wireless data acquisition equipment and data loggers • Wireless Wi-Fi or broadband cards in Limited Areas, Exclusion Areas, Material Access Areas, and Protected Areas

The Parties agree to negotiate an amendment to this MOU as needed to address changes in policy issues, fiscal issues, information security, and specific safeguards for maintaining confidentiality, as needed.
