Unauthorized Movement Sample Clauses

The Unauthorized Movement clause restricts parties from moving goods, equipment, or personnel to locations not previously agreed upon or authorized in the contract. Typically, this clause applies to situations where the location of assets is critical, such as in logistics, construction, or leased property, and may require prior written consent before any relocation. Its core function is to maintain control over the whereabouts of important assets, thereby reducing risks related to loss, damage, or unauthorized use.
