Unauthorized Use or Disclosure of Citizens Data. Vendor shall use its best efforts to assist Citizens in identifying and preventing any potential or actual unauthorized appropriation, use, or disclosure of any Citizens Data and shall cooperate in promptly remedying such situation, including fulfilling its obligations under Subsection 11.2.9.
