Common use of Unauthorized User Clause in Contracts

Unauthorized User. The term "Unauthorized User" shall mean any individual who accesses the Software or Documentation except for employees authorized by Licensee to access the Software for the purposes of developing web services.

The term "Unauthorized User" shall mean any individual other than an employee of Licensee authorized by Licensee who accesses the Software or Documentation except Documentation, for employees authorized by Licensee to access any use outside of the License Scope, evaluating the performance, utility and functions of the Software for a purpose other than training employees or independent contractors of Licensee in the purposes use of developing web servicesthe Software.

The term "“Unauthorized User" ” shall mean any individual who accesses THE SOFTWARE except for: users who are authorized to use THE SOFTWARE for the Software or Documentation except for type of license you have acquired and who are (1) employees of Customer authorized by Licensee Customer to access THE SOFTWARE and who agrees to maintain the Software confidentiality of Confidential Information for the purposes exclusive purpose of developing web servicesperforming [Primary Software Purpose], and training employees of Customer in the use of THE SOFTWARE and (2) Authorized Persons authorized in writing by WORKSMART AUTOMATION, INC. to access THE SOFTWARE.
