Common use of Unavailability of a SWD Trucking Facility Clause in Contracts

Unavailability of a SWD Trucking Facility. If for any reason there is a disruption of receipts at the SWD Trucking Facility, the Parties shall work in good faith to find a mutually agreeable resolution. If for any reason Midstream Co receives reimbursements in respect of trucking as a result of an originally scheduled SWD Trucking Facility being unable to accept deliveries, Midstream Co shall disclose such reimbursements on the applicable invoice and pass through such reimbursements to Producer if Producer paid the costs of the applicable Transporter directly.
