Common use of Unblocking License Grant Clause in Contracts

Unblocking License Grant. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, including the license granted pursuant to Section 3.1.2(a) (Exclusive Exploitation License Grant), Metagenomi hereby grants to Ionis and its Affiliates a [***] non-exclusive license, with the right to sublicense through multiple tiers (subject to Section 3.1.3(b) (Sublicensing by Ionis)), under Metagenomi’s interest in the Joint Collaboration Technology [***] in the Unblocking Field in the Territory.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, including the license granted pursuant to Section 3.1.2(a) (Exclusive Exploitation License Grant), Metagenomi Ionis hereby grants to Ionis Metagenomi and its Affiliates a [***] non-exclusive license, with the right to sublicense through multiple tiers (subject to Section 3.1.3(b3.2.2(b) (Sublicensing by IonisMetagenomi)), under Metagenomi’s Xxxxx’ interest in the Joint Collaboration Technology [***] in the Unblocking Field in the Territory.
