Common use of UNCERTIFICATED REMIC INTERESTS Clause in Contracts

UNCERTIFICATED REMIC INTERESTS. The rights created under this Pooling and Servicing Agreement with respect to the Class A-9, Class A-10, Class A-11 and Class A-12 Certificates (without giving effect to any issuance of Exchangeable Certificates pursuant to the terms of the Trust Agreement), which rights are deposited in the trust created pursuant to the Trust Agreement.

UNCERTIFICATED REMIC INTERESTS. The rights created under this Pooling and Servicing Agreement with respect to the Class A-91-A1, Class A-101-A2, Class A-11 2-A1 and Class A-12 2-A2 Certificates (without giving effect to any issuance of Exchangeable Certificates pursuant to the terms of the Trust Agreement), which rights are deposited in the trust created pursuant to the Trust Agreement.

UNCERTIFICATED REMIC INTERESTS. The rights created under this Pooling and Servicing Agreement with respect to the Class A-91-A1, Class A-101-A2, Class A-11 1-A13, Class 1-A14, Class 1-A15, Class 1-A20, Class 1-A21, Class 2-A2 and Class A-12 2-A3 Certificates (without giving effect to any issuance of Exchangeable Certificates pursuant to the terms of the Trust Agreement), which rights are deposited in the trust created pursuant to the Trust Agreement.
