UNCLAIMED DIVIDENDS AND UNCLAIMED REDEMPTION PROCEEDS. The T/A shall, at least annually, furnish in writing to the Trust the names and addresses, as shown in the shareholder accounts maintained pursuant to Paragraph 8, of all investors for which there are, as of the end of the calendar year, dividends, distributions or redemptions proceeds for which checks or share certificates mailed in payment of distributions have been returned. The T/A shall use its best efforts to contact the shareholders affected and to follow any other written instructions received from the Trust concerning the disposition of any such unclaimed dividends, distributions or redemption proceeds.
