UNCLAIMED DIVIDENDS AND UNCLAIMED REDEMPTION PROCEEDS. MGF shall, at least annually, furnish in writing to the Trust the names and addresses, as shown in the shareholder accounts maintained by MGF, of all shareholders for which there are, as of the end of the calendar year, dividends, distributions or redemption proceeds for which checks or share certificates mailed in payment of distributions have been returned. MGF shall use its best efforts to contact the shareholders affected and to follow any other written instructions received from the Trust concerning the disposition of any such unclaimed dividends, distributions or redemption proceeds.
