Common use of Unclaimed Money Clause in Contracts

Unclaimed Money. Subject to the terms of the Indenture, if money for the payment of principal, premium, if any, or interest remains unclaimed for two years, the Trustee or Paying Agent shall pay the money back to the Company at its request, and thereafter Holders entitled to the money shall, as an unsecured general creditor, look only to the Company for payment thereof, and all liability of the Trustee or such Paying Agent with respect to such trust money, and all liability of the Company as trustee thereof, shall thereupon cease.
