Common use of Unclaimed Monies Clause in Contracts

Unclaimed Monies. (a) The Unclaimed Money Act 2008 (Vic) will apply in relation to any Scheme Consideration which becomes ‘unclaimed money’ (as defined in section 3 of the Unclaimed Money Act 2008 (Vic)). (b) Any interest or other benefit accruing from unclaimed Scheme Consideration will be to the benefit of Bidder.
