Unclaimed Warrants. Subject to Applicable Law, all amounts held or set aside for the payment of Warrants or Warrant Debentures together with any interest thereon which remain unclaimed after a period of three calendar years from the Maturity Date shall be forfeited and shall revert to the Corporation.
