Common use of Uncollected Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Uncollected Proceeds. RB Group may, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion, re-sell any part of the Equipment not sold or paid for at the Live Auction Event through either a subsequent Live Auction Event or on the Marketplace, and you acknowledge that no monies shall be payable by RB Group for any part of the Equipment until it has been paid for in full by the Buyer.
